We are a community-based service offering support to children, young people and families in the area. We are professionals whose skills and qualifications include psychotherapy, play therapy, counselling, mediation and motivational interviewing. We offer a confidential and non-judgemental programme that is tailored to your specific needs. We also support youths and families impacted by substance use.

In a world that is shaped by social media and the perceptions that it creates, it is increasingly difficult for our young people to make sense of their environment and cope with the demands it creates. Issues such as substance misuse, body image and family dynamics present problems for adolescents as they mature into adults.
